Yemeni Media Conference Inauguration in Seiyun
Private| conference's media Global Aid for Development and Rights organization inaugurated the Yemeni media conference today's morning in Seiyun town that comes within the integrity and credibility of the Yemeni media project with funding from the German Konrad Aidenauer Foundation. In the inauguration ceremony Which was attended by several general managers and elite members of the media. The deputy governor for the affairs of the valley and desert directorates Mr. A'amer Saeed Al-Ameri confirmed the important role of media with its different tools and its influence on society during doing its responsible roles in consciousness and education. Mr. A'amer added " We all know that integrity and credibility are the targeted Media pillars, so we value the youth efforts and Media actors to establish this conference, and we hope to see the positive results in real life" Mr. Ayman Salem Ba-Humied, the chairman of the conference committee clarified in his speech that media became bigger than just a fourth authority and it has a direct impact on behavior and decisions in individual and social lives, so whenever it started from true principles of straightforward ethical and professional standards, it will have a positive impact on the society, development, and peacemaking which is what the conference aims for. Eng. Mujahed Al-Ameri, the head of the organization said from his side that it's not hidden for everyone, especially in the recent decades the media techniques are developing as there are new tools have showed up affected the content forms significantly, the thing that necessitates an establishment like these conferences to keep up with the development and reset media compass with strengthen the credibility and transparency of the value. All this and the sessions of the conference are continuing for five days, first two days have been allocated for activists and media workers from the youth category as they will provide them a session about ethical and professional standards and content-making challenges and some worksheets about contemporary media issues as The future of the media careers and other science workshops about transparency and its concept and techniques applied to media work.

From the principle of promoting credibility and integrity for yemeni media and from the goals of GADR, the thought of Media Integrity, Credibility and Flexibility Project in Yemen was taken inspiration 🎙️ Which will target 40 participants from yemeni journalists as the following : 📌20 participants from independent journalists to attend two workshops. 📌20 workers in yemeni media to attend the training program. So, what's our project? 💬 It's a training conference in the field of media to promote credibility and integrity for its instruments in Yemen, as it contains three main activities 👇🏻 Two discussion and training workshops for independent journalists and a training program that based on training the workers in yemeni media through discussion sessions depend on brainstorming and participants' accumulated experiences exchanging which they will earn organizational and professional skills through them, and it participate in media capacity building 🫱🏻🫲🏻 Be close to register in the form 😍
Project on strengthening the leadership of civil society organizations
In conjunction with World Poverty Day, the World Relief Organization for Development and Rights (WSDR) has launched a project funded by Conrad Adenauer of Germany (KAS) to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations to contribute to food security, which targeted 15 participants and participants from 15 institutions and associations in Hadramaut Valley to strengthening the capacities of civil society organizations to address food insecurity in the region, three substantive activities were conducted, including workshops on the importance of food security, as well as on responding to donors' food security requirements, followed by a training programme on designing and writing food security project proposals that address and reduce poverty. The project included a number of outputs, the most important of which: 15 young people from Hadramawt governorate with the necessary knowledge to write project proposals for food security; 7 civil society organizations to assess and identify food security needs in the governorate; and 7 civil society organizations to build capacity on responding to donors' requirements for food security projects .
Focus sessions to identify young people's needs in the field of work
In conjunction with World Youth Day, Harmony Development Foundation is implementing in partnership with Global Aid for Development and Rights - GADR "Focus sessions to identify young people's needs in the field of work" In cooperation with 8 other governorates in the targeted governorates, 5 males and 5 females were targeted at young people active in the Hadramawt Valley in order to identify young people's needs for the labour market and seek to build their capacities. At the end of the session, young people's needs and difficulties were accounted for in the labour market.

Training Programme in Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding
In partnership with Germany's FRIEDRICH EBERT Foundation and in cooperation with the Global Aid for Development and Rights (GADR) "Training Programme in Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding" The programme aims to gain participants/knowledge and skills that guide their behaviour in conflict transformation and peacebuilding to contribute to conflict reduction in their communities. The programme targeted 16 participants and youth participants from 8 males and 8 females.
The First Ramadan Forum for Children with Disabilities
Under the auspices of Dr. Abdullah Ramadan Bagham, Director of the Office of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour, Global Aid for Development and Rights - GADR in partnership with Erada Foundation for People of Determination "The First Ramadan Forum for Children with Disabilities" which is one of the best interests of this group, aims at integrating them with society and achieving the principle of coexistence, love and familiarity. It targeted 50 children and young people with disabilities in the district of Tarim 25 males and 25 females with their guardians. The meeting was attended by Dr. Abdullah Bagham, Director of the Office of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour, Lawyer Raoof Alameri, Executive Director of the Foundation, and a number of founders, district authorities and leaders.
